As Assistant Project Manager, was responsible for renovating a 1956 constructed building into the corporate offices of The Integral Group. Was responsible for day-to-day communication with subcontractors relative to schedule, change order requests, and work force. Navigated many roles on behalf of the Owner entity / Partners relative to design and finish decisions and coordination. Worked not only with the project superintendent as well as one of the partners of the firm to ensure each division’s needs were met in a cost-effective manner while staying on schedule. Many years later, the building was sold to Georgia State University.
