Located in downtown Atlanta, it is immediately obvious where the name Alexan 360° was derived from, its skyline view of Metro Atlanta are unparalleled. Its predecessor, however, was a dilapidated apartment complex that was blighting the Old Fourth Ward neighborhood. As owner’s representative; oversaw the development, construction, marketing and lease-up of the 592 market-rate apartments. In addition, was brought in to improve communication and engagement with the neighborhood representative in NPU M. Understanding the dynamics of the downtown area, allowed for a much smoother integration into a tight-knit community that prides itself on supporting local businesses.
