Project Description
As part of a newly approved densification of a former industrial section of Atlanta, Alexan MetroWest is in a transitioning neighborhood that is experiencing the growing pains of being the next hot spot. As owner’s representative; oversaw the development, construction, marketing and lease-up of the 397 market-rate apartments. Engaging with the ever-increasing amount of restaurants, bars, neighborhood retail, and start-up firms; was a necessary marketing activity to keep our pulse on what demographics were working, living and playing in this new-found section of town, not far from Atlantic Station. Provided introductions to key business members of the Marietta Street Artery and other developers to help foster the comraderie that is a trademark of West Midtown
