TOWN | Brookhaven is a 50 acre mixed-use redevelopment in the Brookhaven area of Metro Atlanta. As owner’s representative for a 287 unit apartment complex with 40,000 sf of retail below the apartments, the need for clear and timely communications is an understatement. As one of three proposed residential areas inside the community, Alexan Town Brookhaven presented a unique opportunity for the owner. Providing design, development, construction, marketing and lease-up oversight posed its own unique set of challenges while the master developer struggled to close on financing to build the retail portions during the economic downturn.
