Project Description
A co-development of the Atlanta Housing Authority and Integral Properties on land owned by the Housing Authority. The project’s was a true Mixed-Income deal on the footprint of traditional public housing in Southwest Atlanta. As a Development Manager for the final two phases, was responsible for ensuring the negotiated business terms were legally documented and financeable. Role included all due-diligence activities, managing consultants, negotiating legal and financial documents, negotiating with the internal construction company, approving all project change orders and managing the overall development schedule.
