A co-development of the Albany Housing Authority and Integral Properties on land owned by the Housing Authority. The project’s multiple sources and its top-of-market design created a complex deal to finance within the Mixed-Income model. As a Development Manager, was responsible for ensuring the negotiated business terms were legally documented and financeable. Role included all due-diligence activities, managing consultants, negotiating legal and financial documents, negotiating with the internal construction company, approving all project change orders and managing the overall development schedule.
