Project Description
Developed on land purchased as an investment by business partners with a vision, this Mixed-Income community is located directly across the street from the West End MARTA station. The project included market rate, LIHTC and units designated for former public housing residents. As a Development Manager, was responsible for ensuring the third-party contractor constructed the project, on-time and on-budget. Ensured all applicable federal regulations were adhered to. Approved all project change orders and managed the overall development schedule.
