Project Description
The current 60 unit Townhome community was not fully built out at the time of the 2008 recession. Upon the thawing of financial restrictions, our Client was able to begin constructing the last few townhome buildings. We provided advisory services and managed attorneys in the renegotiation of previous easements and access agreements with an adjacent condo developer. In addition, our client asked us to advise on renegotiations of an easement with a new neighbor, Walmart. Our technical background and attention to detail allowed for a superior outcome for our client during negotiations.
