Project Description
As a Development Manager, was responsible for pre-development due-diligence activities to determine feasibility and push forward a high rise condo building to be constructed at an existing private marina with existing boat slips and docks. In addition, the project was to include neighborhood retail as well as maintaining some level of the existing boat maintenance operations. Some of the due-diligence activities included application for a rezoning change to a PUD, presentations to County and neighborhood leaders, and working with FL environmental and marine regulators to obtain necessary approvals, etc.
