Project Description
Provided direction, support and coordination of all development, construction and management activities for $170 million development know as One River Place. As point of contact for the Sales, Marketing, Condo Management, Construction, and Financing teams; provided a consistent perspective that reinforced the vision of the project. Located in Sandy Springs, GA, a new jurisdictional entity, the project required proactive coordination with several jurisdictional departments. The project was a redevelopment of 3-story office buildings and surface parking lots. The 28+ acres transversed by Game Creek, also had frontage on the Chattahoochee River. The three product types were constructed simultaneously and were brought online within a 1 year period.
