LDG Consulting was selected to work on 277 Clifton in Atlanta, GA – a 103-unit market rate Apartment Complex at the intersection of the Kirkwood and East Atlanta neighborhoods. The units will be “Build to Rent” (BTR) – the hot new housing trend everyone’s buzzing about (learn more about BTR here). The project will look like a for-sale townhome project, but it will actually be unique apartments to be leased – a great situation for long-term renters, which BTR was made for. The units will be a mixture of 1, 2 and 3-bedrooms – to offer an alternative to competing apartment projects in the area. This block of Atlanta had been an eyesore for the last decade. This property used to be a contemporary church that was shut down and vandalized. Now, it’s being remade into beautiful, unique housing for Atlantans – which will be a great economic improvement to the surrounding community. The Clifton Project will break ground later this year and is expected to be completed by the end of 2024. LDG Client, Urban Realty Partners, is the same developer we’re working with on the Greenville, SC Water Tower Apartments project.
