Project Description
This age-restricted community is the first of its kind in South Rome. The Owner worked with a local non-profit to engage the community and provide critical input. Although brought in after construction began, was instrumental in assisting the owner in ensuring that many of the operational needs and requirements were addressed proactively; especially the ones not wholly in the construction team’s contract. Provided construction over-sight as well as some development related advisory services. Prior to completion, additional sites have been offered up by the City and the non-profit to provide additional quality housing as represented by this project in the surrounding community.
