Project Description
LDG Consulting was asked by Families First to provide a proposal to investigate the possibility of owning, controlling, or having an interest in a number of multi-family units that it would house clients in; within the framework of affordable and or workforce housing. It is desired that any return on investment via ownership or interest in said units would allow for 1) a risk- adjusted return of the initial investment and 2) a self-sustaining model such that the supportive services provided on an annual basis would not need additional funding from Families First’s other resources.
