Project Description
As a Development Manager, was responsible for pre-development due-diligence activities, working with the legal team and our JV partners to negotiate an agreement with the adjacent residential community while ensuring the project was capable of maintain a minimum profit level for the partners. Was responsible for ensuring that the masterplan reflected practical solutions that were buildable and financeable. As the project was nearing zoning approval, was the lead contact for the Seller and worked closely with the Buyer in the sales transaction so as to have a smooth and uneventful financial closing.
